FAREWELL SONG FAREWELL SONG
(to Paul Riggs & Lien)
Which wind...
carried you far away from me
The black clouds...
betokened our disunited love.
There is thunderstorm
night,
falls as heart-rending sight
There are evenings of wintertime
One sits in the room, alone, at the corner of sorrow
Divided destiny
...mournfully
Adieu...
Far-off, you know?!

NIAGARA FALLS
(to Paul Riggs & Lien)

I came to Niagara
On the boarder of Canada
As wild as Alaska
And pretty as ancient Ankara
Falls pull down her white hair
On the shoulder of the lair...
***
Niagara,
Like a giant wet kiss
I silently hearkened her
Falling...
With deep heart in a dreaming world
I knew she's attracted my soul.
***
I stood next to her
Feeling warmly
Like smelling water from Niagara
Like seeing her in the real dream
I was insane...!
***
Good-bye Niagara!
See you one day not far away
As if you showed me your hair...
...heavenly-fair...

A CUP OF COFFEE A CUP OF COFFEE
Why did you do that?
How dare you make me sad?
***
Waiting for you every morning,
it's me---yes, it's only me!
And you, sitting at the old corner, drinking coffee,
listening to the folk
singing, you
